AIDEN Teacher is an AI-powered tutoring platform that adapts to your learning style and remembers your progress across sessions. It is designed to complement your learning, not replace professional instruction, formal education, or expert advice.

AI responses may occasionally contain errors. Always verify important information with authoritative sources, especially for academic, medical, legal, or financial topics.

Accounts

You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at tom@redbaez.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AIDEN Teacher to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. You also agree not to attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the service, or use automated tools to interact with it in ways not intended by the product.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Intellectual property

The AIDEN Teacher platform, its design, and underlying technology are owned by Redbaez Ltd. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the tutoring service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDEN Teacher is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
