What data we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. During tutoring sessions, we store the content of your learning conversations so your AI tutor can remember your progress and adapt to your learning style over time.

We also collect standard usage data (pages visited, session duration) to improve the product.

How conversations are processed

Your tutoring conversations are sent to Google Gemini via OpenRouter to generate responses. These requests are processed in real time. We do not use your conversation data to train third-party models. Please review OpenRouter's privacy policy for details on how they handle API requests.

Data storage

Your account data and learning history are stored in Supabase, which runs on AWS infrastructure. Payment information is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details at any point.

Data is stored in the United States. If you are accessing the service from the European Economic Area, you acknowledge that your data will be transferred to and processed in the US.

Age requirement

AIDEN Teacher is intended for users who are 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your rights and data deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at tom@redbaez.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

If you are in the EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
